Chicahualizteotl - Poncho God

Description

Chicahualizteotl, god of the Magic Poncho (Actual shot from the animated story)

My character from Donaji and Chicahualizteotl's Magic Poncho (still nowhere to be seen, but I'm working on it, or I will when I get some time).
Now, I feel like I must point a few things out:

1. Chicahualizteotl is a true aztec god, ofter referred as the god of fortitude, health and streght.
2. The above reason is why the poncho has healing and protective powers, preventing any kind of illness or induced weakness, as well as giving it's user, Donaji, incredible strenght.
3. I couldn't find any visual representations of Chicahualizteotl at all. Not in any codex or modern representation, since it isn't a widely known god. That's why I did the complete design by myself, taking some elements from Xipe Totec  (The flayed god) as reference.
4. Poncho is a wrong way to call that cloth, since it refers to the south american poncho. In Mexico, it is known as Quechquemitl, Quexquemitl, Quesqueme and other variations. Back then when I wrote the story I didn't know this, but "Donaji and Chicahualizteotl's Magic Quesqueme" doesn't sound as nice, so I kept the "poncho" name only in this case.
5. Quechquemitl is only a women's cloth, apparently, fact I also didn't know back then, and I find rather sad, since triangular quechquemitl are awesome, the male counterpart, "Jorongo" is rectangular and not quite as cool :c
6. The true god Chicahualizteotl was never inside a magical poncho, as far as I know, there's not a single story about a living quechquemitl or cloth in mexican myth as far as I know. That's entirely fictional; I wrote Donaji and Chicahualizteotl's Magic Poncho back in 2011, not based in any real myth, I just took the names.

Those are all the details I believe could cause some confusion. Even though Chicahualizteotl was a real god, my version has it's own characteriztics that have nothing to do with any myth, so you could say he's all in all an original character.

ese no es el morbido dios desaollado que regalo sus ojos y su piel para dejar los sacrificios humanos?
